Terms of Use

Effective 24 June 2026

Private authorized service

Alto CV is currently a private testing service. Access is limited to Google accounts explicitly authorized by the operator. Access may be suspended, limited, or withdrawn at any time. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another person's account.

Your content and permitted use

You remain responsible for the CVs, photographs, job descriptions, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to process that material and instruct the service to use it to produce tailored CV documents. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or information belonging to another person without authorization.

AI processing and output review

Submitted content is processed using automated systems, including OpenAI services. Generated documents may contain omissions, inaccuracies, or unsuitable wording. You must review every output before relying on it, sending it to an employer, or publishing it.

Retention and security

During this testing phase, original inputs, generated documents, operational logs, audit events, and AI exchanges are retained for reliability, debugging, and recovery. Records are copied to a separately administered archive. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.

Quotas and availability

Administrators may assign individual monthly generation quotas and operational rate limits. Unused quota does not carry forward. The service may reject work when a quota, rate limit, storage safeguard, maintenance window, or security control is reached.

No professional advice or guarantee

The service provides document-generation assistance, not legal, employment, recruitment, or professional advice. No employment outcome, document accuracy, fitness for a specific role, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
